Narrative:

I was intrigued by this cigar since I saw them on Cigars International. A long time cigar protege goes off on his own and makes good. I'm a huge fan of Honduran cigars, so this was a perfect storm. When CI offered a 20% coupon for Father's Day, I was hooked.

Construction was excellent and pre-light aroma was delicious. It looked like a chocolate bar. I torched the foot, and the first few puffs were filled with creamy, flavorful smoke. The ash dropped off kind of early on, but as I smoked the cigar it held well. Burn was next to near perfect except for a little coning. The flavor developed down the length of the cigar never getting bitter or sour. I would have nubbed it, only it began to rain.

All in all, I'm glad I invested in a box of these.
